All items are shipped from Soulza in Bairnsdale, Victoria. Jewellery and bags are carefully packaged.

All packages are shipped and tracked with Australia Post.

Any over $200 are shipped with signature and packages over $300 have extra postage insurance equivalent to the value of the product.  

Shipping timeframes are as per Australia Post Rates Guide. Soulza cannot be held accountable for delays within the Australia Post system. 

Our customer team makes every effort to pick and pack items within 24 hours of receiving customer orders. Occasionally due to high demand, packing time may extend to 72 hours. A tracking link will be sent once your package has been despatched.
