Returns Policy
Here at SOULZA we aim to make your online experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.
For this reason we offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY that gives you ease of mind. (*except for LEATHER CLEARANCE STOCK ITEMS WHICH HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item you can complete a Return and we will issue you with a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
**PLEASE NOTE**
- Due to Health Regulations and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on EARRINGS
- Colour of item may not be exactly the same as viewed due to the difference in imaging on devices.
RETURNS - ITEM NOT FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
Email our customer care team - service@soulza-handbags.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item to notify us of your request for return. Please include as much detail on your email as possible eg. Name, Order Number, reason for return. We will then validate your request and send you a confirmation email outlining further detail of the return process.
Ship to our store at the address provided in the email. Please note: return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer if the item is not faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Note: our store is located in Victoria, Australia.
Once the shipment is received and has been inspected for good order we will issue a refund for the purchase price (shipping cost to be covered by the purchaser). The refund costs will be issued using the same payment option as purchase.
RETURNS - ITEM FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will issue a refund for the item and any shipping costs incurred. The refund costs will be issued using the same payment option as purchase.

REFUND PREORDERS
If there are any unforeseen circumstances eg. flood, fire, loss of stock by courier - a full refund will be issued 14 days from date delivery due, to your original payment provider.
