I bought this bracelet and gave it to my bestie yesterday because I knew she would absolutely love it!! and it was her birthday. How disappointed I was when she picked it up and one of the straps fell out of the gold clasp and we couldn’t fit it back in. I felt so embarrassed and I was so angry that this had happened. It certainly leaves a bad taste in your mouth
